What we collect
Sign-in uses Google with the basic scopes openid, email and profile only. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google; we do not request any other Google data. When you create a video we store your choices, the text prompt sent to the video service, the photo you upload (when photo upload is available) and the video we generate. Orders and credit balances are stored with your account. Card payments are handled by Stripe; AI Trends Video never sees your card number.
How we use it
We use your photo and choices to render the video you request, and your email to operate your account, send receipts and service notices (such as when your video is ready or a payment or refund is processed) and answer support requests. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell personal data. We do not use your photos for our own model training. We do not control what the third-party services listed below do with data they receive; see their own policies.
Storage and retention
Files and account data are stored on Cloudflare (D1 database and storage). Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload and generated videos are kept for 30 days after they finish, unless you delete them or your account sooner. Order and payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting. When you delete your account we remove your uploads and videos, clear your name, email and profile picture, and keep only a one-way hash of your email address so that deleted accounts cannot be used to get around referral and credit rules. Copies already held by the third-party services below follow their own retention.
Safety checks
When photo upload is switched on, a photo may be checked by an automated content-safety classifier (OpenAI’s moderation service) before it is used. The check runs only to enforce our rules. Public forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which can process your IP address and browser signals.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a few cookies and similar browser storage that it needs to work, such as your sign-in session and your light or dark theme preference.
We also set a first-party cookie (vt_attr, kept for 90 days) that records how you first and most recently reached us, such as a referring website or campaign link. We use it only to see which channels lead to sign-ups and purchases, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
Shared videos
If you share a video, anyone with the link can watch it. The share page does not show your name or email and asks search engines not to index it. To make link previews, your browser takes a still frame from the video and we store it with the video. Stopping sharing or deleting the video disables the link and deletes that image; the link also stops working when the video expires or is removed after a report.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors: Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage and transactional email); Google (sign-in); Stripe (payments); kie.ai, the video-generation service we call, which receives your text prompt and, if you add one, a temporary link to your photo and passes the request on to the AI model vendor you selected (for example ByteDance Seedance, Kling or Grok); and OpenAI’s moderation service when photo checks are on. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. On a page that credits an original post, your browser loads that post as an embed from the platform where it was published (X, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram), and that platform may set cookies and receive your IP address. The embed is not loaded when the page opens: it loads only after you press the play button on it. Thumbnails of YouTube posts are stored on our own servers.
Your rights and deletion
You can download or delete your videos at any time. In Settings you can export a copy of your data as JSON or delete your account; deleting your account also forfeits remaining credits. For any other privacy request, email support@aitrendsvideo.com.
Privacy rights by region
If you are in the EU, UK or a US state such as California, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it or limit how we use it, and you can object to our processing. We use your data to provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep the service safe and prevent fraud (legitimate interest) and to meet tax and accounting rules (legal obligation); analytics cookies, where used, only run with your consent. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising. Email support@aitrendsvideo.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We use global providers, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and other places where Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, kie.ai and the AI model vendors operate. We rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
Children
The service is for adults only (18 or older). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account or that a video shows a child, email us and we will delete it.
